Privacy & GDPR

AMverse is provided by Andrej Majer, a sole trader established in Ireland, of 11 Millbrook, Mill Lane, Carlow R93 T026, Ireland, who is the data controller for what is described here. Contact: info@amverse.eu.

Visiting this site: we collect no personal data. No accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising or social network tags, no fingerprinting, and nothing loaded from anyone else's server. The moving stars follow your cursor inside your own browser; its position is not stored or sent anywhere.

Our host: the site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare necessarily handles the data a connection is made of, including your IP address, to send you the page and keep the service safe from attacks. We do not use that data to identify or track you.

If you email us: we use your address and what you write to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying, or of steps towards a contract if you want to use AMverse. Mail reaches us through Cloudflare and Google. We keep it for as long as the conversation needs and never add you to a mailing list.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to info@amverse.eu. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Cookies

This site does not use cookies of any kind, including so-called necessary ones, and writes nothing to your browser's local or session storage. That is why there is no banner and nothing to accept or decline. If that ever changes, this page will say so first, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.

Terms

Nothing is sold through this site, and it has no terms of service yet. It describes a product in beta testing; details may change before launch. Use of AMverse during the beta is agreed directly with us in writing.
